Mike Galkin is the Founder and CEO of VoiceNEXT, a New Jersey-based cloud communications company specializing in hosted PBX, VoIP phone systems, and business communication solutions supported by live, 24/7 customer service.

A serial entrepreneur since college, Mike launched his first business with $600 while attending Skidmore College. Over the years, he has built and led multiple companies across telecommunications and wireless. He previously served as CEO of a public wireless company and became one of the largest master agents for WorldCom before the company’s bankruptcy in 2002. After losing everything in that collapse, Mike rebuilt from the ground up, founding VoiceNEXT in 2003.

Today, VoiceNEXT delivers enterprise-level communication systems to small and mid-sized businesses throughout the region, with a focus on reliability, simplicity, and personal service. The company’s mission is straightforward: when customers call, a real person answers the phone. This commitment to customer service has become the company’s defining differentiator in an industry often marked by automation and impersonal support.

In addition to VoiceNEXT, Mike leads ElevatorNEXT, which provides 24/7 monitored emergency communication systems for elevators, and VoiceNEXT Cares, the company’s charitable initiative supporting nonprofit organizations.
