As a Business Banking Relationship Manager, I actively work with Commercial & Business clients in the New Jersey market to provide effective solutions for their specific banking and financing needs.
• Help clients and M&T Bank manage risk and credit decisions.
• Manage portfolio of Business Banking clients with revenues up to $20MM annually
• Analyze and prepare credit requests for Commercial Mortgages, SBA-504 & 7A Products, Term Loans, Lines of Credit, etc.
• Consult with clients around deposit and cash management solutions
• Leverage a team of wealth partners, branch employees, merchant service consultants, and residential mortgage representatives to meet all the banking needs and service expectations of the client.
• Coach the branch employees to provide superior service for our Business & Commercial clients.
